Overview
Living the Dream is a twelve week program consisting of a set of guided, weekly challenges.
The purpose of Living the Dream is to create the space to get clear on what you deeply want and dream for your life in the next 6-12 months and then take the necessary action to make this dream a reality.
The program is structured into three phases: Discover, Create and Experience.
Each week’s set of guided challenges should be opened on the Sunday night and then worked through one by one, at your own pace, within the week.
Commitment
You can expect to spend a minimum of 5 hours per week on the challenges but you are encouraged to explore your own curiosity with further resources if you want to go deeper into any particular area of the program. There will be suggestions along the way for other resources that you might like to explore to help you get even more out of the process.
The twelve week program and each challenge has been designed to create maximum impact by not revealing too much about what’s coming up ahead. Therefore, it is important to look at each challenge and each week one at a time, without focusing too much on what might lie ahead.
What to Expect
Your weekly package will consist of a weekly theme, a video / one page briefing and then the individual challenges for the week. Each challenge will have a basic set of instructions with an estimate duration, a description of the resources you might need to complete the challenge and whether the challenge or requires extra, outside support.
Certain challenges will also be accompanied by guided audio resources that you will need to download from this site. At the end of your weekly package you will also receive some further information on additional resources that you might like to explore to go deeper into the theme for the week.
It is important however to have at least attempted each of the weekly challenges before progressing to the next week’s package. Each week’s set of challenges are preparing you for the week to come!
Support
Although this work is predominantly self-directed, at the completion of each phase there will also be an opportunity for structured feedback to reflect on the outcomes of each phase and to discuss any questions with myself or an online peer group. During these weeks (week 4, 8 & 12) there will also be no “set” challenges...but more on that as we get into the program!
At any point if you have any questions or need support with any of the work you are welcome to email me at [email protected].
Welcome! I look forward to supporting you during this exciting adventure.
